Quick Injection Nozzle

A quick injection nozzle delivers lubricant or fluid to a specific point in a controlled quantity, and the precision of that delivery is what makes the arrangement work. Blocked or worn nozzles under-deliver quietly: the system appears to be operating while the component it serves is not receiving what it needs. The consequences show up as wear at the lubricated point rather than at the nozzle, which is why lubrication faults are sometimes diagnosed as bearing problems. Checking delivery during service is quicker than tracing the damage afterwards. Nozzles are inexpensive to hold and easy to replace on schedule, which suits them to on-site stock.
